Who do you work with?

SMEs, business owners, associations and NGOs, development projects and organisations that need to structure their management and steer their activity better, in Benin, France or elsewhere remotely.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. Much of our work (reporting, cash forecasts, dashboards, procedure reviews, fractional finance leadership) can be delivered by video call. Engagements that require document reviews or workshops can take place on site.

Are you a chartered accounting firm?

No. EL OLAM GIBHOR is a study, advisory and support firm. We organise and steer the finance function, working with your chartered accountant or statutory auditor where regulated work is required.

How do I apply for a job?

Go to the Careers page, choose an opening and complete the application form with your CV (PDF or Word). You can also send a speculative application.

Do you offer temporary staffing?

Yes. We provide staff to businesses and organisations in Benin for peak activity, replacements or projects. Describe your need through the business request form.

How does a first consultation work?

Describe your needs through the contact form. We will arrange a conversation to understand your situation and explain how we can help, before any written proposal.

How are your fees set?

Each engagement is quoted according to its scope, duration and location. Ongoing support can be billed as a monthly fixed fee.

Which currencies do you invoice in?

CFA francs (XOF) for clients in Benin and the WAEMU zone, and euros for clients in France and Europe. Terms are set out in each quote.

Are the shop products available?

Products are being released gradually. When a product is available, the “Buy” button on its page takes you to Chariow’s secure checkout (Mobile Money or card).

How will I receive a purchased product?

As soon as payment is confirmed, Chariow makes the file available for download and emails it to you.

Is my information confidential?

Yes. Information you send is used only to handle your request and is never sold. Documents shared during an engagement are treated confidentially. See our privacy policy.
